About Us

We are a group of dedicated insurance brokers who truly care. We don’t work for just one insurance company. We represent YOU and work with you to find the best coverage at the best price with one of the companies we represent. We take the time to review your requirements to ensure that you have the right coverage for your specific needs. We offer a wide range of both Personal Insurance and Business Insurance options. We are proud to say most of our new business growth comes to us via referrals and high praise from our valued customers. We are so committed to keeping a human voice in digital word that we have chosen to maintain a receptionist on staff and have resisted the implementation of individual voicemail. We value the trust you place in us and strive to meet your expectations.

We’ve been doing this for generations.

Generations Insurance is true to its name, carrying on a tradition started over 50 years ago, with some clients and their families going back as far as the 1920s. Our three founding partners, Vicki, Claire and Tracey, all worked with their fathers in smaller family-owned and operated brokerages before instigating a merger in 1999 to create Generations Insurance. While policies and technology have definitely evolved over the years, customer service has always remained our number one priority.

Your peace of mind is our policy.

We believe some traditions are worth keeping. That’s why we believe in offering a human connection in a digital world. At Generations, all of our representatives are committed to your individual needs and personalized service. We work for you, not the insurance companies. We promise to always take the time to explain every option to you, providing you with the best coverage possible at competitive prices.

Known for her ability to “de-mystify” the different types of coverage, Vicki has deep roots in insurance. A graduate of the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation programme (CAIB), she was also awarded the Top Student Award in Ontario in 2008.
