If you’re an Intact insurance customer, you now have access to their new Client Centre. This secure website lets you view your insurance policy information online, and the benefits include:

• Enhanced customer service. Enjoy convenient access online from anywhere with an internet connection, anytime. With features like Claims Tracker, you can even access real-time status updates for open claims.

If you’re a customer, Intact will be sending you a letter with a PIN number and instructions with your renewal letter. You can also register for Client Centre by visiting intact.ca/clientcentre or via a direct link on your broker’s website. You will need your email address or PIN number, as well as your policy number or driver’s license to start the registration process.
